Instructions for Chilled:
- Remove from packaging and allow the beef cheeks to temper at room temperature for 20 mins.
Instructions for Frozen:
- Allow frozen product to defrost overnight in the fridge for easier handling, then follow the instructions for chilled.
Reheating Instructions:
- For best results, keep the beef cheeks in the vacuum bag, place the whole pack into a pot of newly boiled water(no fire), and allow the residual heat to slowly warm up the product for 25 mins.
- Alternatively, you may bake the beef cheeks in an oven, temperature set at 120 degrees Celsius for 20 mins.
Shelf Life:
- 1 week in vacuum bag and stored under 5 degrees Celsius.
- 1 month in frozen format.
