Remove from packaging and allow the beef cheeks to temper at room temperature for 20 mins.
Instructions for Frozen:
Allow frozen product to defrost overnight in the fridge for easier handling, then follow the instructions for chilled.
Reheating Instructions:
For best results, keep the beef cheeks in the vacuum bag, place the whole pack into a pot of newly boiled water(no fire), and allow the residual heat to slowly warm up the product for 25 mins.
Alternatively, you may bake the beef cheeks in an oven, temperature set at 120 degrees Celsius for 20 mins.
Shelf Life:
1 week in vacuum bag and stored under 5 degrees Celsius.
1 month in frozen format.
