Instructions for Chilled:
- Remove from packaging and allow the ribs to temper at room temperature for 20 mins.
Instructions for Frozen:
- Allow frozen product to defrost overnight in the fridge for easier handling, then follow the instructions for chilled.
Reheating Instructions:
- For best results, bake the baby back ribs in an oven, temperature set at 180 degrees Celsius for 20 mins, baste the ribs with the BBQ sauce(sauce provided) every 5-7 mins.
Shelf Life:
- 1 week in vacuum bag and stored under 5 degrees Celsius.
- 1 month in frozen format.
