Pork Baby Back Ribs (650-700g) - Chilled/Frozen

Instructions for Chilled:

• Remove from packaging and allow the ribs to temper at room temperature for 20 mins.

Instructions for Frozen:

• Allow frozen product to defrost overnight in the fridge for easier handling, then follow the instructions for chilled.

Reheating Instructions:

• For best results, bake the baby back ribs in an oven, temperature set at 180 degrees Celsius for 20 mins, baste the ribs with the BBQ sauce(sauce provided) every 5-7 mins.

Shelf Life: 

• 1 week in vacuum bag and stored under 5 degrees Celsius.

• 1 month in frozen format.

Once sold, goods are non-refundable. Should there be any damaged goods, please provide the following for us to assess the proper action:

1. Take photos of the damaged goods (clearly show the whole item and the damaged area)
