Maple Rosemary Pork Chops (280-300g) - Chilled/Frozen

Instructions for Chilled:

• Remove from packaging and allow marinated pork chops to sit at room temperature for 20 mins.

Instructions for Frozen:

• Allow frozen product to defrost overnight in the fridge for easier handling, then follow the instructions for chilled.

Reheating Instructions:

• For best results, bake the pork chops in an oven, temperature set at 180 degrees Celsius for 15 mins whilst basting the pork chops with the maple rosemary sauce(sauce provided) every 5 mins.

• You may also grill the pork chops on medium heat for 2.5 mins to 3 mins each side, ensuring that it is evenly browned. 

Shelf Life: 

• 1 week in vacuum bag and stored under 5 degrees Celsius.

• 1 month in frozen format.
