Smoked Boneless Chicken Legs (280-300g) - Chilled/Frozen

Instructions for Chilled:

• Remove from packaging and allow the smoked chicken to temper at room temperature for 20 mins.

Instructions for Frozen:

• Allow frozen product to defrost overnight in the fridge for easier handling, then follow the instructions for chilled.

Reheating Instructions:

• For best results, keep the smoked chicken in the vacuum bag, place the whole pack into a pot of newly boiled water(no fire), and allow the residual heat to slowly warm up the product for 10 -12 mins.

• Alternatively, you may bake the smoked chicken in an oven, temperature set at 120 degrees Celsius for 10 mins.

Shelf Life: 

• 1 week in vacuum bag and stored under 5 degrees Celsius.

• 1 month in frozen format.
