Preparing Instructions:

• Remove product from the packaging 20 mins before cooking, pat product dry, and allow product to temper.

• Grill/pan sear at medium-high heat for 1.5 mins each side for medium rare!

Shelf Life: 

• 1 week in vacuum bag and store under 5 degrees Celsius.
