Signature Pork Cheeks (280-300g) - Chilled/Frozen

Instructions for Chilled:

• Remove from packaging and allow the pork cheeks to temper at room temperature for 20 mins.

Instructions for Frozen:

• Allow frozen product to defrost overnight in the fridge for easier handling, then follow the instructions for chilled.

For Grilling:

• Grill the pork cheeks on the fat side down for 30 seconds on a medium-high heat. You may season with additional salt and pepper on the side facing up whilst the fat side is down. 

For Baking:

• Preheat your oven to 160 degrees Celsius, bake for 12-15 mins or until product is evenly light brown.

• (Optional) You may season the pork cheeks with additional salt and pepper before placing them in the oven.

Shelf life: 

• 1 week in vacuum bag and store under 5 degrees Celsius.

• 1 month in frozen format.
